Foreign Body is a tense and claustrophobic homage to moder science fiction horror films, set in the 1920s Cthulhu mythos. Can you and your crew survive the Son of Kane?

Run this module if you want a character focused mystery where interactions between crew members (Investigators and NPCs) create the main source of tension. This adventure is suitable for 1 – 6 investigators with no background knowledge or minimal previous Cthulhu Mythos experience.

Foreign Body is a one shot adventure for Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition. This book is designed to be fairly story focused/system agnostic and should be functional with most editions/systems of RPGs with little modification. Foreign Body is an homage to classic sci-fi/horror films with a focus on tension in a claustrophobic setting. It is not designed to be a gore fest or monster mash, but a subtle slow burn.
