Just buy "return of the lazy DM" and watch a few videos of Sly Flourish and How to be a Great GM. This zine is more expensive than return of the lazy DM and about 80% of the advice it gives it's in return of the lazy DM (and in this last book it's more expanded and developed).
For example, in the section "25 minutes: Write the adventure outline" the steps are; Write the outline, Write your session overview, Bring out a dramatic opener, Write visual settings, Outline important NPCs, Outline potential events.
Main difference with Return of the Lazy DM is that for visual settings they advice for "Our advice intentionally deviates from Sly Flourish’s advice to create “fantastic locations.” While you should err on the side of fantastic over mundane, we’ve found that trying too hard to think about and explain why your location is “fantastic” ultimately eats into your limited preparation time". That's it. That's the big difference with "create fantastic locations" of Sly Flourish, BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT while Sly gives you advice on how to write a fantastic location and what makes it fantastic this zine just says "write a sentence or two". That's all the advice.
Next step are "Craft secrets for player discovery" where they refer to Sly Flourish again and don't say anything new, but again is even less developed than in return of lazy DM, and "Select monsters and rewards".
Seriously, the zine is just a bad rip-off of Return of the Lazy DM.
